Our training facility has been designed from the ground up to support every type of athlete — from the complete beginner to the competitive sportsperson. Twelve thousand square feet across two floors, equipped with the finest performance brands and maintained to an elite standard.
Every new member receives a complimentary sixty-minute onboarding session with a personal trainer and a baseline body composition scan. From there, your programme is entirely your own.

The Facilities
Twenty pieces of cardio equipment including Technogym treadmills with entertainment screens, upright and recumbent bikes, cross-trainers, stair climbers and ski ergs.
Each machine programmed with heart rate monitoring, built-in workout programmes and Bluetooth connectivity; floor-to-ceiling windows with garden views.
Precision Biometric Analysis
Every membership includes a monthly body composition scan using our Seca medical-grade bioelectrical impedance system. Results are delivered to your phone within the hour and include muscle mass distribution, body fat percentage, visceral fat level, metabolic age, hydration status and segmental balance.
Your trainer reviews results with you each month and adjusts your programme accordingly. Track your progress longitudinally over months and years — the clearest picture you'll ever have of your body's response to training.

Personal Training
Our trainers are selected through one of the most rigorous recruitment processes in the industry. Every coach holds at minimum a Level 3 personal training qualification alongside specialist certifications in at least two additional disciplines — strength and conditioning, sports rehabilitation, nutritional strategy, pre- and post-natal training, or mental performance coaching.
